Public Data means information associated with accounts, content or resources that are designated or made available for public viewing by the relevant source service and that jsonscraper does not intentionally obtain by circumventing privacy settings or access restrictions applicable to private content.

• Accessing private accounts or intentionally restricted content, or circumventing privacy settings
• Credential theft or credential harvesting
• Identity fraud or impersonation
• Stalking, harassment or doxxing
• Unlawful surveillance
• Fraud or deceptive activity
• Spam or unlawful direct marketing
• Illegal discrimination or prohibited automated decision-making
• Violation of intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Using the service to facilitate unlawful activity

Customers are responsible for establishing an appropriate lawful basis for their downstream processing, profiling, outreach, marketing or automated decision-making involving personal data.

Access to data through jsonscraper does not itself grant a customer permission to use that data in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
