Public Data means information associated with accounts, content or resources that are designated or made available for public viewing by the relevant source service and that jsonscraper does not intentionally obtain by circumventing privacy settings or access restrictions applicable to private content.

API responses may contain publicly available information associated with individuals or organizations.

• Usernames and public profile identifiers
• Public profile information
• Public posts and media metadata
• Public engagement metrics
• Publicly visible comments
• Other information made publicly accessible by the relevant source service

Public availability does not necessarily remove information from the scope of applicable privacy or data-protection laws.

Where API responses contain personal data derived from publicly accessible sources, jsonscraper’s role under applicable data-protection law depends on the relevant processing context. jsonscraper may act as an independent controller for processing necessary to provide, secure and operate its public-data services. Customers are independently responsible for determining their own role, lawful basis and compliance obligations in relation to their subsequent use of API output.

We use independent third-party infrastructure where necessary to deliver and secure these services. Processing purposes include responding to API requests, service security and handling privacy requests. Applicable lawful bases and rights depend on the processing and jurisdiction; contact us for information about your specific case.

You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, cache removal or suppression. We assess requests under applicable law and may seek proportionate evidence of identity or authority. Email verification alone does not establish control of a social profile. Do not send passwords or identity documents with your initial request.

Where appropriate and required by applicable law, jsonscraper may remove cached records or suppress future delivery through its services. This does not remove or modify information on the original source platform.
