Editorial Policy

These standards apply to new jsonscraper Journal publications and substantial updates. Their purpose is to provide verifiable information and distinguish established facts, interpretation and matters that still need confirmation.

Publisher and accountability

The publisher is jsonscraper LLC. The jsonscraper Journal editorial team is responsible for publications. Each article identifies its author or accountable editorial organization, first publication date and update date where applicable. A byline identifies responsibility; it does not promise that every preparation step was performed without automation.

Coverage and formats

Journal covers AI, software, data, APIs, automation and related events. News reports specific events; analysis explains their significance; guides describe practical actions. Opinions, assumptions and our own test results must be distinguishable from established facts.

Headlines must reflect the article. Advertising, rumors and old material must not be presented as verified breaking news.

Sources and fact-checking

Prefer primary documents: official announcements, documentation, research, court documents and direct statements by participants. Links must support the associated claims. Several publications repeating the same report do not count as independent confirmations.

Before publication, verify names, numbers, quotations, product versions, event dates and source dates. Check material disputed claims independently where possible. Identify unconfirmed information explicitly; if a central fact cannot be verified, retain the draft or remove that claim.

Test results must state conditions and limitations. Do not invent sources, quotations, interviews, firsthand experience or experimental results. Confidential sourcing requires the editorial team to know the provenance and explain the reason for anonymity.

AI and automation

Preparation may involve AI and automation for finding and comparing sources, drafting, translating, editing, structuring and illustrations. When automation is enabled, articles may pass automated editorial checks and be published without mandatory manual review of every article. The editorial team, rather than the model, remains responsible for published content.

A model response is not a factual source. Claims require verification against available documents. AI must not be presented as a human, witness or interview participant. Explain synthetic images, data or demonstrations next to the material when their origin matters to its interpretation. Review reader reports of errors regardless of how the text was prepared.

Originality, translations and dates

Articles should offer independent value through explanation, context, verification, comparison or practical results. Do not copy another publication and present it as original reporting. Quotations must be proportionate and attributed; respect rights in text and images.

Translations must preserve facts, links and the original degree of certainty. Retain the first publication date when updating. Identify substantial changes with an update date; do not change dates merely to simulate freshness or gain news visibility.

Independence and commercial interests

Journal is published by a company that offers its own APIs and tools. Readers should consider that commercial interest when assessing coverage of our products. Descriptions, comparisons and limitations must rely on verifiable conditions rather than promises of results.

Clearly disclose paid placements, affiliate links and material relationships that could affect coverage. Advertisers and partners do not receive the right to suppress material facts or corrections. Distinguish opinion from factual reporting.

Errors, clarifications and corrections

Report an error to [email protected] with the article URL, disputed passage, explanation and supporting documents. Include a contact if you want a response. Review time depends on the verification required; no fixed response deadline is promised.

The editorial team reviews the substance of the report. Correct confirmed material errors with a visible article note explaining what changed, why and when. If the central report is unreliable and correction is insufficient, provide a visible retraction or explanation of removal. Minor typographical fixes may be made without a separate note when meaning is unchanged.

Reasoned criticism alone is not grounds for removing a publication. Requests involving personal data and legal rights are assessed under our privacy policy and applicable requirements.

Images, safety and respect

Images and captions must not misrepresent an event or person. Do not present synthetic or staged images as documentary evidence. Identify image provenance, respect licensing conditions and provide appropriate alternative text.

Do not publish unnecessary personal data, encourage harassment or make unsupported allegations. Code examples and technical instructions should explain material conditions, limitations and precautions where needed for safe understanding.
