Certain jsonscraper services may rely on independent third-party infrastructure, APIs, data providers, networks and source platforms. jsonscraper may obtain, normalize or process public-data responses through such independent providers. These third parties operate their own infrastructure and services independently. jsonscraper does not control their availability, technical implementation, policies or operation except where expressly stated otherwise. Changes may affect endpoint availability, completeness, response structure, latency or other service characteristics. jsonscraper may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue affected endpoints where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal or compliance reasons.

12. Suspension and investigation

We may temporarily restrict access while investigating abuse patterns, unusual traffic, legal requests, or incidents that threaten platform stability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify jsonscraper against claims resulting from your misuse of the service, violations of law, or infringement caused by your use case.

18. Fair platform usage

You agree not to overload infrastructure, attempt to bypass plan limits, or run abusive traffic patterns that degrade service stability for other customers.

If abnormal behavior is detected, temporary throttling or suspension may be applied while we investigate and communicate remediation steps.

19. Documentation and change management

Endpoint behavior, request patterns, and integration guidance are provided through official documentation. Customers should validate updates before applying them to production systems.

Breaking or significant operational changes are reflected in current product materials and release communications.

20. Survival of terms

Sections related to billing obligations, intellectual property, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute handling survive account suspension or termination where legally applicable.
